Homemade Granola

One of my favorite breakfast variations is granola with greek yogurt. After constantly buying different brands of granola in the store, I finally decided to make my own at home, which turned out really delicious! Here's what I used:

- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of nuts (I used almonds)
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of raisins

1. First of all, place the nuts in a food processor and pulse to get the partly crushed pieces.

2. Then, mix them with the oats and coconut flakes in a large bowl.

3. Place in another bowl honey, cinnamon and cocoa powder, blend it thoroughly until smooth. Then pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir all together.

4. Spread granola over a baking tray and bake for about 30-40 min at 180C. During this time you’ll need to stir the mixture every 15 min so that the top doesn't burn.

5. Once the granola is cooked, take it out of the oven, let it cool a little bit and then mix in the raisins.

*Store your granola in an airtight container to keep it fresh and crunchy.

Enjoy ♥
