My Favorite Smoothie Recipe: 'Apple-Date'

I love making a smoothie for breakfast to kick off my morning right and during the day to get that extra boost of energy. It's one of my favorite thinks to have, since all the smoothies are super delicious, has lots of nutritional value and fill me up for a long period of time. I already featured a few of my favorite recipes on the blog here and here, and in today's post I'll share with you my current obsession. I think that the combination of ingredients in this smoothie is just perfect  for this time of the year. Follow along and you'll get what I'm talking about.

Here's what you'll need:

- 2 bananas
- 1 apple (sliced)
- 1/2 cup of dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2tsp of honey

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy your super delicious smoothie! ♥
