It's the holiday season and I figured out that it'd be the perfect time to share with you a cookie recipe. But of course you know that I'm all about healthy eating, so this recipe doesn't include any artificial sugars, salt, flour and stuff like that. These cookies also include only 3 ingredients and take like 15-20 minutes to make! I mean, what else do I need to say to convince you to try them? Oh, of course, they're incredibly delicious ;)
I love eating these for breakfast or during the day with a cup of coffee. Make sure to warm up the cookies before eating to make them extra yummy! OK, enough blabbing, let's get to the recipe!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 handful of raisins (or any dried berries of your choice)
1. Preheat oven over to 180C (350F). Mash the banana with a fork (mash well!) and then mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
2. Once you have your mixture, form many little balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
And here you go, the cookies are done! Easy-peasy!
