Recently I've tried this thing I used to do in the summertime. It's called 'smoothie bowl'. Basically you just make a smoothie, except you need to add less liquid and then pour the mixture into a bowl instead of a glass. Once your smoothie bowl is ready, you can add some granola, nuts, fruits and berries or whatever your heart desires. Today I wanna share with you my favorite mix of ingredients that creates that perfect taste.
For the smoothie:
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- a handful of cherries
- 1tsp of honey (for that extra sweetness)
For the topping:
- granola (learn how to make your own)
- some cherries and banana slices
Mix all the ingredients togeter in a blender, pour the mixture into a bowl, add some topping and you have your perfect dessert! ♡
