How To Stay Organized Or The Power Of To-Do Lists

Today I wanna talk to you about organization, a topic really close to my heart. I can't even stress how helpful to-do lists were for me! They seriously improved my life in terms of productivity.

I use a couple organizational tools, such as a planner, a calendar, a small notebook for the blog and to-do lists. Here's how it all works for me.

I mostly use my planner for school. I write down my schedule, homework, important information and stuff like that. Also, there's a few blank pages, which I use for brainstorm ideas and maybe some drawings (gotta do something when I'm bored, ok?).

Then, here goes the notebook dedicated to my blog, where I specifically put down all of my ideas, organize blog posts, write down some related things, etc.

The calendar is where I like to mark some important events that are about to come or something that I've already done and may wanna know what day it was.

And the last but not least, my to-do lists! I've found these really cute ones, which you can download right here and have been using them every day. In the morning or in the evening the day before, I like to make a list of things that needs to be done and then try to accomplish them the next day. The main reason why it works so well is because you visually see what exactly needs to be done and when. The chances are you won't forget anything, since this to-do list will always be in your sight. And as for me, one of the greatest feeling is the feeling of satisfaction when you cross things off the list, one's you've done them.

Do you keep a planner or some to-do lists? Are they helpful for you?

Thanks for reading!
LOVE,
Alina

  2. Planners are extremely helpful, I also need to have one with me all the time! I've learned to write down even the smallest tasks, because it's better to have it written than forget about it afterwards :)
