I've shown you quite a few healthy breakfast ideas on my blog, but not so much lunch recipes. So, I figured out that it'd be great to share with you one of my favorite things to eat for lunch. The recipe is super easy, you don't need to cook anything and you can literally make this sandwich in a few minutes. Oh, and of course, it's healthy and will give your body all these nutrients.
Here's what you'll need:
- rye bread (you can also use whole grain kind)
- cream cheese/ricotta
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 1 precooked chicken breast (I just buy these at a grocery store)
Toast your piece of bread, spread the cream cheese, put sliced tomatoes, lettuce leaves and chicken breast on top. And here you go!
