OK, let's talk makeup and beauty! To tell the truth, I haven't experimented with makeup lately. I've been using the same products over and over again and the majority of them you'd probably seen on my blog. But today I decided to gather together my favorite makeup products that are more, let's say, fun. Bright pink, coral, turquoise... these are the shades we reach for at the beginning of Spring. All of the products in here are from drugstore (except, maybe, Benefit), because when I shop for bright eyeliners, pastel eyeshadow and all these things, I know that I won't be wearing them all year long and that's why I don't wanna spend a bunch of money on them. Well, let's get to the products!
During the warmer months I like to experiment with some pastel shades and bright color on my eyes. Of course, I don't do 'The Hunger Games' kinda look, going crazy with the colors, but I like to add some nice accents, such as a turquoise eyeliner along either my top or lower lashes, some mint eyeshadow on my lower lid or maybe a line of purple gel eyeliner. If I do any of that, I make sure that it's the only bright accent on my face. You don't want to overdo it (see my referring a few sentences ago)!

I think you guessed it, Spring season means lots of coral shades and bright pink lipsticks. I particularly love this fuchsia lipstick by Bourjois, because it's instantly draws all the attention to your face/lips. And other products that I've been really loving are coral tint and lips gloss by Benefit. Just a tiny dot of the tint makes gives your lips that gorgeous coral shade, which looks really pretty and natural. And it stays on for hours! You can also use it on your cheeks, just make sure to blend it well the moment you apply it.

As for my face the first thing I reach for to refresh my look for Spring is blush. I go for either bright coral colors or pastel pink shades like the one in the photo. I love using cream blushes, since they tend to be more pigmented and therefore give more color.
