Ultimate Guide To Online Fitness & Health Resources
If you've been reading my blog for a while, you know that I'm all about fitness and healthy eating. I've completely changed my lifestyle a year ago and managed to learn lots and lots of information during this time. In today's post, I wanna share with you my favorite resources for everything fitness, nutrition & health. I included a few youtube channels with different types of workouts, blogs with healthy recipes, lots of useful information, motivation and much more. Let's get to it!

FITNESS & HEALTHY EATING SITES:

Tone It Up: I absolutely love these 2 girls from California. I found their YouTube channel a few years ago and have been watching ever since. The moment you turn on their videos they just fill you with their positive energy and motivation. Most of their workouts are on the beach, which makes it extremely appealing to watch.  I'd kill for personal trainers like them. On their website you can find lots of recipes, fitness tips and motivational posts.

BlogilatesHere's my other love - Cassey! She keeps you extra motivated during her workouts and shows great healthy recipes on her blog. I love that a lot of her moves are really unique and targets all kinds of areas of your body.

Pop Sugar Fitness: This website is one of my newest discoveries, despite its huge popularity. They have a bunch of recipes, workouts, tips and tricks and about everything else you may wanna know. Also, they update their site a few times a day, so there's always something new to read.

Kayla Itsines: I found Kayla through instagram and it's probably one of her biggest platforms. She's working as a personal trainer with her clients and also has well-known Bikini Body Guides that provide her best exercises.

The Skinny Confidential: I've been following Lauryn for quite a while and I gotta say she's a real babe! On her blog she does a mix of lifestyle, fashion and fitness.

Move Nourish Believe: I love this resource for inspiration, fitness tips and occasional recipes.

Hello Natural: This one is also one of my latest finds. I like their healthy recipes and articles on health.

Deliciously Ella: Ella has lots of delicious vegan recipes, such as smoothie bowls, oatmeal, salads, granola and so much more.

YOUTUBE CHANNELS:

XHIT: This is one of my favorite channels for working out. You can find there all kinds of activities: pilates, HIIT, yoga, boot camp, jumping, kickboxing (my favorite!), celebrity workouts, etc.

Fitness Blender: I found them about a month ago. They also have all kinds of workouts, I personally love kickboxing ones, again. Although, you'd probably want to listen to music, while watching the videos.

POPSUGAR Fitness: Another channel with a vast variety of workouts.

The Domestic Geek: I've just found this channel and already bookmarked a bunch of recipes to try. The majority of them are super easy and look so delicious!
