Hello guys! I wanna share with you a smoothie recipe I've been obsessed with for the last few weeks. It's super easy to make, only 3 ingredients needed (just how I like it) and tastes amazing! So here's what you need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple
- 2 peaches
- 1/5 cup of water (just a bit to make it more liquid)
That's literally it, just mix all the ingredients together and you're good to go! I really like the sweet flavor (but not too sweet) and the creamy texture. Also, banana and peach just happened to be one of my all time favorite combinations, so why not make a smoothie out of them.
What I also like to do is add topping like nuts, oat flakes, dried fruits, raisins and coconut flakes, and eat my smoothie with a spoon. In this case, I'd add less water or skip it at all, since peaches and banana have soft a texture by itself.
