Life Lately: Sport, Studying, Self-improvement

Hello guys! It's been a long time since I wrote a personal post with my life updates. It's the end of summer, and I thought there's no better time to do it then now. Despite all the great memories from this summer, I'm actually really excited for fall (aka my favorite season)! So, what new?

SPORT If you follow me on instagram , you know that I finally took a plunge and went to a boxing class. I've been kinda dreaming about it for almost a year, and since I had a bit more time on my hands, I finally decided to go ahead and do it. I went with personal boxing lessons, and I never felt so good after a workout! That's quite an exhilarating feeling that you get in the middle of the session and afterwards as well. And I never want for the workout to be over. Well, I also feel like I'm about to die 100 times during the whole session, but I'm still a happy kid once it's over😊

Also, I've been going to the gym and other group classes almost every day and it's one of my favorite parts of the day for sure. The thing that I'm really working on right now is my flexibility (not gonna lie, I'm terrible at it).

STUDYING Here's another new chapter in my life (hopefully, a good one). I'm transfering to another uni this year and I'm equally excited and terrified about this. I try to think of this as having new opportunities. Although, if you're an introvert like me, you'll understand my anxiety about the whole thing.

SELF-IMPROVEMENT You may remember me talking about the state of burnout and how sometimes the best thing you can do is give yourself some time off. That's something that has been on my mind quite a lot this summer, and for the first time I concentrated on self-improvement, not in the way of trying to be a better worker or a more qualified specialist, but rather to be a better person. I put most of my energy into myself. I learned how to have a proper rest, started going to a gym on a regular basis, have been doing a lot of reading just for my own pleasure.

And the magic thing is that I got so much more inspiration for my work and that I'd ever think. Plus, I feel recharged and ready to take on everything that the world might throw at me, good and bad😄
